269 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will give Deputy Joe Higgins copies of all reports submitted to him subsequent to his decision in relation to the Glen of the Downs road development. [20252/97]

As far as can be established, no reports have been received in my Department in relation to the Glen of the Downs road development since my predecessor made his decision on the compulsory purchase order on 23 January 1997.
