341 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in having reconstruction work carried out on a Garda station (details supplied) in County Sligo in view of the fact the finance was made available for this work to be completed by the end of 1997. It is proposed to refurbish the Garda station and married quarters at Skreen. Work will commence when vacant possession is obtained from a Garda who partially occupies the premises.
