I move:
That the Order of the Dáil of 6th November, 1997, that the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Bill, 1997, be considered in Committee of the whole Dáil be discharged and that the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Public Enterprise and Transport pursuant to Standing Order 12(1) and paragraph 1(a) (i) of that Committee's Orders of Reference.
