189 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Finance the number of nominations that can be made, through his Department, to the boards of semi-State bodies and other Government agencies; the current holders of these nominations; and the terms of office they are currently serving. [22929/97]

The following are the number of nominations that can be made, through my Department, to the boards of semi-State bodies and other Government agencies; the current holders of these nominations; and the terms of office they are currently serving.

Central Bank of Ireland

Nine nominations can be made to this board. The names of the eight current nominated members are as follows:
