34 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has received a response from DG XVI of the European Commission to her response to the questions raised by the Commission with her arising from the application by her Department for approval of the socio-economic cost-benefit analysis of the waste to energy generation plant at Godamendy, Ballycoolin, County Dublin; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Commission has advised that it is still considering my Department's response to the questions raised by it on the socio-economic cost benefit analysis and that it will reply as soon as possible. I hope to have a reply early in the new year.
