Before coming to the Order of Business I must deal with a postponed division relating to the suspension of a Member. On Thursday last on the question "That Deputy Ferris be suspended from the service of the Dáil" a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 61 that division must take place now.

If it is in order, we will withdraw the proposal because we do not wish to proceed with a formal vote at this stage.
