Approval to the preparation of contract documents for the Wicklow Town swimming pool was conveyed to Wicklow Urban District Council on 8 January 1998. It is now a matter for the local authority to arrange for the preparation of these documents and submit them to my Department for approval. When approval issues to the contract documents the local authority may then proceed to tender stage.
