670 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the steps, if any, he is taking to provide the necessary funding of £1.1 million to permit construction of a water supply scheme to commence in an area (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Contract Documents for the Drumman Cross-Killucan scheme have been submitted to my Department. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve them.
