238 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands whether her Department has received representation about litter concerns and their effect on Arranmore Island, County Donegal; and, if so, the measures, if any, her Department will take to alleviate the situation. I reply to this question in English as the question was put in English although it relates to Árainn Mhór which is a Gaeltacht island.

I have received representations concerning the issue raised by the Deputy. However, the Deputy will appreciate that the problem of waste disposal on Árainn Mhór is a matter for Donegal County Council.
