Question:289 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has to make statutory provision for the representation of parents on the boards of vocational education committees. [2563/98]
Written Answers. - Vocational Education Committees.
While a significant number of vocational education committees already have parental representatives, I intend to introduce legislation to amend the Vocational Education Acts which will make provision for such representation.
