45 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the extreme difficulties being experienced by plant hire contractors in County Clare who specialise in forestry plantation; and the plans, if any, he has to prevent loss of employment in this area which is due to delays in processing applications by his Department.
