250 Mr. C. Lenihan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the plans, if any, she has to amend legislation governing the way in which the business expansion scheme should apply to the music industry. [3047/98]
The Deputy will be aware that legislation relating to issues of taxation is the responsibility of my colleague, the Minister for Finance. I will keep the operation of this scheme under review and, if considered appropriate, will raise the question of amending the current legislation with my colleague.
