Written Answers. - School Parking Facilities.

John Bruton

Question:

332 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the very dangerous parking facilities outside the national school in Slane, County Meath; and if he will provide funding for the development of a proper car and bus park facilities at the school. [3271/98]

I am aware of the problems with the parking facilities outside Slane national school, County Meath. My Department's planning and building unit is reviewing the cost involved in improving the present situation and when a decision has been reached, an official from my Department will be in further contact with the school authorities.
