I propose to take Questions Nos. 46, 70, 75, 77, 94 and 124 together.

The statistical information requested by the Deputies is published in the annual reports of the Garda Síochána Complaints Board which are available in the Oireachtas Library. The latest report covering 1996 was published last week.

I am reviewing the operation of the Complaints Act in the light, inter alia, of recommendations made to me by the board.
