217 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government whether funds have been voted under headings appropriate to his Department for the implementation of group water schemes likely to be undertaken by various local authorities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Block grant allocations in respect of the rural water programme, including capital grant allocations for group water schemes, will be notified to local authorities shortly.
