220 Mr. U. Burke asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; if an inspection has been carried out and approval given; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4131/98]

Approval has issued to a new house grant and an inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be carried out as soon as possible.
