I propose to take Questions Nos. 23, 24, 30, 89 and 111 together.

I have not received the final reports relating to Garuda Limited (trading as Streamline Enterprises) and Celtic Helicopters Limited. The work by my authorised officers is well advanced and their final reports will be provided to me as soon as their inquiries have been completed. I have indicated previously that I do not intend making any public comment until I have considered each report and taken legal advice on the options available to me.
