I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Gilmore — the arrangements between the Minister for Public Enterprise and Ryanair Limited regarding rent for the site occupied by the company at Dublin Airport; (2) Deputy McGinley — the urgency of approving a sewerage scheme for Burtonport, County Donegal and (3) Deputy Gregory — the need to change a statutory instrument, the 1985 Boundary Order, to enable Dublin Corporation to provide a school attendance officer for the Cherry Orchard area of Dublin 10 which suffers severe educational disadvantages.
The matters raised by Deputies McGinley and Gilmore have been selected for discussion.
