Written Answers - Grant Payments.

Paul McGrath

Question:

75 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason there is a delay in headage payments to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and when payment will be made. [6112/98]

Headage payments were delayed because of problems in validating all of the land declared on the area aid application of the person named.

Validation has now been completed however and the outstanding payments will issue within the next two weeks.

Breeda Moynihan-Cronin
