Question:28 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands her views on whether Gaeltacht people are being denied a human right by virtue of the lack of personnel able to provide necessary professional services through the medium of Irish in view of a press release of 6 February 1998 which she issued; the proposals, if any, she has to deal with this issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
