184 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the payments, if any, outstanding to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo under the 1997 headage and premia schemes; and, if so, when payments will issue for each scheme. [7387/98]
The person named has been paid the full amount due to her under the 1997 cattle headage, 1997 suckler cow premium and 1997 ewe premium schemes. A balance of £125 due to her under the 1997 sheep headage scheme will be paid within a week. The only other grant payable to her under the 1997 schemes is extensification premium and payments under that scheme will not commence until May 1998.
No 1997 special beef applications for ten months, 22 months or bull premium have been received from the person concerned.
