I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 5 on Wednesday, 3 December 1997, which dealt in great detail with the commemoration plans for 1998.
There are no plans to commemorate the introduction in 1848 of the tricolour which was adopted in 1922 as the national flag.
