Question:137 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if two land registry dealings could be completed for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [7723/98]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of any application currently pending on the folio in respect of the first dealing identified by the Deputy.
I am further informed that the second dealing referred to involves a Land Commission schedule. In the case of such schedules, the property is deemed to be registered as of date of vesting by the Land Commission, in this case the date of vesting was 29 November 1985. However, I can confirm that the Land Registry will make every effort to expedite registration in this case.
