12 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has drawn up directives in relation to the charges to be imposed by Bord Gáis Éireann for third party access to the gas network; and, if so, if she will publish this for consideration in advance of a final decision being taken by her. I have prepared two draft ministerial directives to give to BGE, one on standard service transmission and the other on standard service pricing. I published the draft directives on 13 March 1998 and I have invited comments on them from interested parties. The deadline for receipt of comments is 16 April 1998. I will consider all comments received before I finalise the directives.
