This case involves an application relating to lands which are subject to turbary rights. Such land is not eligible for payment under REPS if the rights are exercised. The Attorney General's advice on the legal aspects is now being considered in my Department. The applicant will be contacted about a resolution of this issue as soon as this is done.

This case involves an application relating to lands which are subject to turbary rights. Such land is not eligible for payment under REPS if the rights are exercised. The Attorney General's advice on the legal aspects is now being considered in my Department. The applicant will be contacted about a resolution of this issue as soon as this is done.
Payment of the installation aid will issue within the next two weeks.
