Before coming to the Order of Business I propose to deal with a notice of motion under Standing Order 31 from Deputy Paul Connaughton. I now call on Deputy Connaughton to state the matter of which he has given notice to me.
Since Deputy Connaughton is not present we must proceed to the Order of Business.
