Question:71 Mr. M. Brennan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a 1997 area aid query will be rectified for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo to enable the remainder of his beef premium and suckler cow payments to issue. [11540/98]
The area aid application from the person named appears to include an overclaim of land and the problem is being taken up by my Department with the applicant.
