12 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress, if any, made on the production of the promised discussion paper on sexual offences; when he expects to receive it; when it will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11368/98]

The discussion paper on the law on sexual offences is with the printers at present. I will publish it this month.
