27 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he has been consulted by his French counterpart in relation to the proposal that Mr. Jacques Delors should undertake a study into reform of European Union institutions. [11334/98]
I have not been consulted by my French counterpart in relation to the idea advanced by President Chirac in a recent television interview that a group of wise men, headed by Mr. Jacques Delors, might play a role in further study of the question of EU institutional reform.
