Question:104 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise when the Kilcock railway station, County Kildare, will be open and operational; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12913/98]
Written Answers. - Railway Stations.
Construction work on Kilcock station is nearing completion. Iarnród Éireann expect that work on the station will be complete by the end of August this year and the station will be operational as soon as possible thereafter.
This new station has benefited from funding under the Operational Programme for Transport 1994-9.
