149 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the review to determine whether grazing rights vested in the Land Commission or listed on county council rates documentation can be included for REP scheme payment, has been completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The revised rules for the eligibility of grazing rights for REP scheme payment will be included in a new scheme document which is being prepared and which it is expected will be published shortly.
