253 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a residency permit will be granted to persons (details supplied) in Dublin 2 in view of the fact that their child who was born on 15 December 1997 has an Irish passport; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
