260 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has to allow the introduction of VTOS on a part-time basis in view of the fact that there seems to be a number of students for whom this option would be suitable; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The future development of VTOS is under review in my Department. In this context, a number of measures are being examined, including the question of making VTOS programmes available on a part-time basis.
