Question:92 Mr. Power asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs his views on the recent opening of an official representation of the PKK organisation in Greece; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12997/98]

I have contacted the Greek authorities concerning this matter. They have stated that there is no PKK office in Athens, nor will one be permitted but that there has been an office of the ERNK — the National Liberation Front of Kurdistan in Athens for some five or six years.
This issue is a matter for the Greek authorities.
