Vol. 492 No. 1

Written Answers. - Third Level Courses.

Richard Bruton

Question:

266 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the points requirements for the different third level courses in the most recent years for which information is available. [13490/98]

The Central Applications Office is an autonomous body set up by the third level institutions as a private company to process applications from prospective students. That organisation produces the points requirements for the different third level courses. My Department does not have any function in this matter.

However, I have asked the Central Applications Office to send this information directly to the Deputy.
