70 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Finance his views on the issue of the rights of individuals where disputes arise between junior and senior officers in his Department in particular situations (details supplied). [13731/98]

Issues referred to by the Deputy in his question have arisen in a current appeal case to the Supreme Court and it would therefore be inappropriate for me to comment.
