195 Mr. D. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received an application from Kilrush Community School, County Clare, for a home school liaison worker; and, if so, when he will be in a position to make this appointment. [15526/98]
The authorities of Kilrush Community School have applied for the allocation of a homeschool-community liaison post to the school.
It is my intention to expand the home-schoolcommunity liaison scheme as resources permit. The position of Kilrush Community School will be given full consideration in the context of any further expansion of the scheme.
