I recently announced my decision to sell the houses in Orchard Park. The conditions attaching to their sale are being established with the Valuation Office and the Chief State Solicitor.

Question:186 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Defence the method he is to adopt regarding the sale of the three unoccupied houses at Orchard Park, the Curragh, County Kildare. [16083/98]
The sale of the houses in question will be considered in the context of my policy to dispose of married quarters in Orchard Park. In the meantime, it is not proposed to reallocate these houses as married quarters.
