458 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will make funding available to replace the heating system at St. Brendan's College, Killarney, County Kerry, before the school re-opens in September 1998; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16029/98]
The post primary building unit of my Department has completed its examination of the consultant engineer's report concerning the heating system at St. Brendan's College, Killarney, County Kerry.
The school authorities have been authorised to instruct their design team to prepare tender documents for the proposed works and when these have been received, the matter will be considered further.
