Officials from my Department investigated a report of alleged dumping of clay and rubble on the beach beside Sutton Dinghy Club. Whilst there was no evidence of any dumping, it was noted that a number of minor improvement works had been carried out. Officials subsequently met with members of Sutton Dinghy Club who were advised of the procedures to be followed under the Foreshore Acts as regards developments on the foreshore.
