254 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the number of claims for personal injuries made against his Department between 1990 and 1997; the number of these claims in respect of which compensation was paid; and the total amount paid for each of these years. Since my Department was established on 12 July 1997, no such claims have been made.
