402 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the steps, if any, he will take to expedite a registration (details supplied) at the Land Registry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18737/98]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 19 February 1997. This application has been marked expedite and is currently being examined. Upon resolution of any queries which may issue arising from this application, registration can proceed.
