446 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science if all funding is in place for the completion of the second stage of the community school in Kenmare, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18639/98]

Architectural planning for the next phase of the new community school in Kenmare involving the conversion of the former convent building is at present under way. The question of funding will only arise when this process has been completed and the project is ready to proceed to construction.
