Vol. 494 No. 6

Written Answers. - Special Areas of Conservation.

Joe Higgins

Question:

120 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if she will supply a copy of the site survey of the sand dune system at Doonbeg, White Strand, County Clare, which provided the scientific basis for the reduction of the special area conservation from 377 acres to 55 acres. [19039/98]

In line with my reply to the Deputy's Question Nos. 324 of 25 November 1997, I am more than happy to make available to him for inspection all relevant papers relating to this site. Perhaps he would contact my private secretary, who will arrange an appointment for him to view the file in the offices of National Parks and Wildlife.
