I propose to take Questions Nos. 311, 312, 313 and 314 together.

The most recent national statistics on waste generation and recycling rates are contained in the EPA's Published National Waste Database (NWD) report, 1995. This database will be updated and developed on a regular three yearly cycle. The next NWD report, relating to 1998, will not be available until next year.
