91 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the number of civil court proceedings currently in progress in which he has been named as the principal respondent; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20027/98]

My Department is involved in 26 court cases at present. As matters relating to these cases are sub judice the Deputy will appreciate that no comment can be made on them.
