I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, and the Order of the Dáil of 30 September 1997, that leave be granted to withdraw motion No. 49 on the Order Paper of this day, and the amendment thereto, and that leave be granted to move in lieu thereof motion 49a on a Supplementary Order Paper and that upon the moving of such substitute motion the order of speakers shall resume thereafter as though it were the motion which has been withdrawn and the debate thereon shall be brought to a conclusion at 8.30 p.m. tonight.
