I propose to take Questions Nos. 9, 11 and 22 together.

I refer to my reply to Priority Questions Nos. 1 and 2. As I have already outlined in my answers to those questions, the Government is giving the highest priority to the speedy implementation of all aspects of the British-Irish Agreement.

The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland's visit to Dublin last week was part of the continuing close co-operation between the Governments to ensure that the agreement will be implemented speedily and in its totality. The meeting allowed the Secretary of State to brief me on the progress of the Northern Ireland Bill which is currently before the House of Lords. We also had an opportunity to review the substantial work that has been done in relation to the implementation bodies and the areas for North-South co-operation. We also discussed the decommissioning issue.
