Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science when he will issue contract documents for the transfer of lands to Kerry County Council for the purpose of a social housing scheme in Kenmare, County Kerry; if he will expedite the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Contract documents for the sale of the land at Kenmare community school will be forwarded to Kerry County Council as soon as the conditions of sale have been finalised.
