Question:200 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be approved at the earliest possible date for the issue of a herd number. [23657/98]
Written Answers - Bovine Disease Controls.
An application form for a herd number (Form ER 1) issued to the person referred to from the District Veterinary Office in Enniscorthy on 9 October last. To date the completed ER 1 has not been returned to that office. When a completed application is received, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
